Out of the 12 clinical practice guidelines on prostate cancer screening, 10 recommend 'shared decision making' after considering pros and cons while two recommend against prostate cancer screening.
USPSTF has changed their recommendation on prostate cancer screening from Grade D (do not recommend) in 2012 to Grade C (shared decision making) in 2018.
