STEP 3 : Obtaining the patient's INVITATION

Find out if the patient wants to receive their results today and how much information the patient wants to know.


STEP 4: Giving KNOWLEDGE and Information to patient

  • Use a warning shot to indicate the bad news.
  • Allow a large pause if necessary, so the patient is able to digest what you have told them.
