The F.I.T.T. are four principles that are used to guide a workout or exercise plan.

F.I.T.T. is an acronym that stands for Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type of Exercise.

F is for frequency, it refers to how often we need to exercise in a day or a week.

I is for intensity, it shows how hard we should exercise, whether it is light, moderate or vigorous exercise.

T is for time or duration, it states how long we should exercise.

T is for the type of exercise, which could be either resistance, aerobic or flexibility exercise.
